"Following the successful completion of the superannuation adminstration outsourcing project, I wanted to write formally on behalf of the GESB Board to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all the outstanding efforts and hard work.
The Board has been impressed by the way in which you have profesionally managed this highly complex State reform. Your ability to develop sound and collaborative partnerships with your counterparts external to GESB is commendable and I am in no doubt these relationships and your expertise on this project are at the centre of all the progress made to date.
Also noteworthy is your admirable leadership of the project team. The results have been impressive and we are grateful to you for maintaining its performance and commitment at such a high standard over the full duration.
Ultimately, your professionalism and diligence have ensured the successful outcomes engrained within GESB's new partnership with its Outsourced Provider; a partnership that has also resulted in favourable conclusions for staff and members, and that will see our standards maintained from the outset."

"The Managed Services Transition to Fujitsu, which was completed with the largest data centre migration in Link Group’s history over the Easter weekend, was a resounding success.
The program involved 80 of our IT and business people and 60 employees from Fujitsu working together as a team. The physical move included 280 devices across 40 racks, six kilometres of cabling and six truck transports. This change was part of the Superpartners integration into Link Group, consolidating a number of managed services agreements under a single agreement with Fujitsu.
“A lot of hard work, planning and good people have been the key factors for this success,” said the Link Group CIO. “I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished as a group. A big thank you to everyone from across the business who worked tirelessly on the project.”
Five months of preparation culminated with the technology set up in its new location at Noble Park in Melbourne’s south-east; fully functional with no incidents and ready to support our people and clients on the Easter Monday, a day ahead of schedule."
